Sam The Concrete Man started in 1989 with Sam Wilkins, who had a passion for providing quality work and ensuring his customers got exactly what they wanted. Now, 30+ years later, we have expanded our concrete services to communities across the US. Fred is excited to provide concrete services to the people in the New Orleans area. Fred is a very dedicated person in everything he does. His goal is to build relationships by working hard and producing a great outcome. He had worked in communications with the Louisiana Air National Guard for 31 years before retiring.
Fred is a New Orleans local, born and raised. New Orleans has been home for his life and now his family. Fred aims to help the community with the best service and product! In his free time, Fred enjoys coaching, soccer, volleyball, football, fishing, hunting, and all kinds of outdoor sports!
